Oh, where do I start?!?
I hope the name sounds familiar. If it does, you know then that I have met you. Wilkes Barre, PA. I gave you a amethyst necklace & matching earings. Anyway, I just wanted to say, thank you so much.
I just saw a vid of "Oh America" on Youtube. Both times I saw you and the rest of the group perform this song live in concert, I just went to tears! And now, it's a vid! Dear Lady, please convey to all the other performers that I said, from the deepest debths of my sole, with all my heart. and with every ounce of my being... THANK YOU.
This heartfelt tribute, the words, the music. All put together. Sung by all of you, with such feeling. This means so much to me as an American. I too, am of Irish descent. And for all of you, as a group of the most wonderfully talented people, to give us, a tibute seemingly so heart felt, so beautiful.
Well, these two words, "Thank you" just fall so short. If this song does not go to the top of the charts here, I would truly be amazed.
Upon seeing the vid. just posted today on Youtube, I again experienced such heart felt emotion. I mean tears streaming down my face!
I am sure, at times this long tour has been brutal. I hope that you all get some rest on this much too brief break in the tour.
If somehow you have found time, and find this note, I will say in closing...
