Hey, just wanted to let you know that I am back in the states again after a nice long trip. I want to say sorry to those who emailed me and I wasn't able to get back to until now.

I also want to announce that the forum is getting upgraded. This may cause a few problems until it is done and it may also take a few days so don't worry, the forum should be bug free in a few days.

Hope everyone had a great summer,
Mary

Welcome back, Mary :D In terms of upgrade, what exactly will be done? It seems to have been running pretty well lately....

Thanks Scott.

The upgrade is a platform upgrade. It's been out for a while now and it's supposed to be more advanced. My host has suggested that I upgrade, I'm not sure how it will be, but I do know that we will lose our first portal page because they don't have it set up yet. It's just the next step in phpbb forums. Hopefully it'll all be good.

Wow Mary, it looks good! :) I do kinda miss the blue-green color scheme that we had with the previous one, though...

Yeah, I haven't gotten to the remodel yet. They returned everything back to default, so I will have to go through and recode and such. I will try to get it all finished as soon as possible. Hopefully this weekend I can get it finished. I definitely try to work on it, who knows I could get a wild hair and do it tonight lol.

Although celticwoman.com is now green, I have to say, I MUCH preferred the old blue-themed forum to the current pastel green colour.

Is there any chance we might be seeing a different colour scheme in the future?

(I don't mean to be ungrateful -- thank you, Mary, for all the work that you do!)

I'm afraid I'm going to have to keep it this way for now. I can't get the exact same blue theme on here because this is a newer platform and I just don't have the time right now to adjust the version that is on this platform. I have got an overload of classes this semester in college so free time is a little harder to come by. I will keep your suggestion in mind though and if I get an opportunity I will see about making it work.

I like the new green color... but, I also liked the old blue one also. The only one that I really didn't like was the black one. The one thing that I REALLY like about this green one is that it is very, very easy to identify if a new post has been made to a particular section. With the black one it was difficult to tell. But either way... thanks again, Mary!

:)
