The CW forum is reporting Celtic Woman is filming a twenty minute segment on a Japanese TV program this weekend (9/6/08)! Here is a quote from member Aislin's post concerning it:
CW's Japanese website announced yesterday that CW will be preforming in Japan on September 6 as part of the 21st JAL Group Otobutai. JAL is Japan Airlines and Otobutai, as defined by JAL is:

"Otobutai" is a phenomenal musical event where the East meets the West featuring prominent artists from around the world. The two worlds come together in the setting of historical temples, whose histories span a thousand years. Its TV program was named the 1998 International Emmy Awards Finalist.
The event will take place in front of the historic Byodoin Temple, a Buddhist monetary built in the Heian Period. Please note that this is the temple in Japan, not the recreation that was built in Hawaii.
According to the Japanese CW site Lisa is still on maternity leave and Alex will be performing in her stead.

That means Chloe and company are either already there, or are in route! Let's pray for their safe return and that all goes well for them there! One thing is for sure: the Japanese fans are in for a treat when the program airs!
The CW girls (especially Meav) have always been very popular in Japan. It shows that they have excellent taste!!
