I love that hairstyle! The black band tying in her hair gives it more volume, but she still leaves it long and loose. So beautiful.

I wish Chloe appeared at "red-carpet events" like this one -- whether in Ireland or here in the U.S. -- more often.

When I see that black band in her hair, I keep thinking that it is a modern equivalent of an accessory that suits Chloe very well, and identifies her true nature -- a coronet (a tiara).
