Celtic Woman will be off to China this week to film a spot on a national broadcast there on November 21, 2008. Here is a link with more information: http://www.celticwomanforum.com/index.p ... #msg217849 Hopefully, someone will post footage of the program on YouTube, as was done with the Japanese show. In the meantime, let's offer our prayers to Chloe & Co. for safe travels and a successful appearance! How do you think they will be received in China?

I think they'll be received pretty well in China... the people in that country still more or less believe in hearth and home, which figure prominently in the songs that they perform. Certainly it is a market that they would love to capitalize on. And yes, let's hope for a safe journey for them.

Why, that's really exciting! I think she'll have great performances while I can witness the exchange of Orla Fallon and Alex Sharpe.

I understand Lisa Kelly is with them this trip, rather than Alex. We do know that Alex will be substituting some 2009 USA tour dates for Orlagh, so she is very much still a Celtic Woman!
